SIRIUS 3RT2 contactors switch motors, heaters and other loads in control panels. The part number tells you everything you need: 3RT20 is the 3-pole AC-3 contactor, the next two digits give size and rating (15–18 for size S00, 23–28 for S0, 35–38 for S2), and the suffix gives the coil — 1AP00/1AP01 for 230 V AC, 1BB40/1BB41 for 24 V DC.
The range fits together with the 3RV2 motor protection circuit breakers and 3RU2 overload relays to build compact direct-on-line and star-delta starters, and auxiliary contact blocks and surge suppressors clip on to the front and top.
